1. Nature of Delivery
As a digital services agency, all our deliverables (strategy documents, creatives, websites, software, apps, videos, reports, etc.) are delivered electronically — via email, cloud storage links (Google Drive/WeTransfer), project management tools, staging links, or direct deployment — as applicable to the service.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

3. Delivery Process
- Deliverables are shared through the communication channel agreed with the client (email, WhatsApp, shared drive, or project management tool).
- For website/software/app projects, deliverables may first be shared on a staging/testing link for client review before final deployment/handover.
- Milestone-based projects are delivered in phases, with client sign-off required at each stage before proceeding to the next.
4. Delays
While we make every effort to meet agreed timelines, delivery timelines may be affected by delays in receiving necessary content, approvals, access credentials, or feedback from the client. Any such delay will be communicated proactively, along with a revised timeline.
5. Revisions
The number of included revisions for each deliverable will be specified in the project proposal/agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.
6. Final Handover
Upon final payment and client approval, all final files, access credentials (where applicable), and documentation will be handed over to the client through the agreed delivery channel.
