All services offered are subject to a mutual understanding of scope, timelines, and deliverables, which will be communicated and agreed upon (via email, proposal, or contract) before commencement of work. Pricing for standard services such as SMM and SEO packages is published on our website / shared during consultation; pricing for Website Development, Software Development, App Development, and Graphic Design & Video Production is quoted based on individual project requirements.
3. Payments
- Payments made through our website are processed via a secure third-party payment gateway.
- Service fees, once agreed upon, must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of onboarding (e.g., advance payment, milestone-based payment, or monthly subscription).
- We do not store your card or banking details; these are handled directly and securely by our payment gateway partner.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely information, content, access, and feedback required to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by the client in providing necessary inputs may affect project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables (designs, code, content) become the property of the client only after full payment has been received. Until then, all intellectual property rights remain with iDigital Station.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and business data shared with us during the course of a project and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
iDigital Station shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with prior written notice, as specified in the individual service contract. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
